Chun Song 「宋春」

I am a fully funded Ph.D. student in Urban Governance and Design at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) since Fall 2025, advised by Prof. Rui Cao at the RUI Lab. Before that, I received an M.Eng. in Structural Engineering from the Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Earthquake Administration, advised by Prof. Xuchuan Lin, and a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.

Research Interests: Multi-agent systems, disaster simulation, and crowd dynamics.

Research Question: How can we develop generalizable, verifiable simulations and effectively integrate AI to enable prediction, optimization, and decision-making?
